The packing was done properly and professionally. They didn't visit the place or gave us the prior quotation. They said the packing will be done in 4-5 boxes but they bought 8 boxes of different sizes and charged equally for all which is wrong. There should be a fixed price for a particular size box. They even took 90% payment in advance, which is wrong and then they are now saying that the different size box mistake was from their side, and they will adjust in next shifting. Shifting is not a thing which is done on a regular basis. So the overall experience is not at all good. Atleast, a prior costing should be given to the customer. Highly disappointing!!
