Worst experience with Om Movers and Packers — highly unprofessional and unethical. I opted for their service to move a small number of items and agreed to a shared vehicle, paying an advance. When I simply inquired about the cost for a dedicated (non-sharing) vehicle, the representative arbitrarily increased the quotation by ₹15,000 and falsely claimed that the vehicle had already left for Bangalore. I have screenshots to prove this blatant misinformation. Things got worse when their manager, Pramod Kumar, got involved. He was extremely rude and unprofessional — first pressuring me to pay the additional ₹15,000 without justification, and then threatening to withhold delivery unless I made full payment immediately. I have recordings of this conversation as evidence of their unacceptable behavior. While the Bangalore delivery staff were decent, the overall service was a disaster. My TV unit arrived damaged, despite me having taken insurance. I promptly shared photos and videos via email, but there has been zero response from their side so far. This company clearly lacks accountability, transparency, and basic customer respect. I am still waiting for a response and compensation as per the insurance receipt, but based on my experience, I strongly advise others to avoid Om Movers and Packers at all costs.
