Insurance Claim Not Setteled

I had shortlisted Om Packers for my household goods movement from Greater Noida to Lucknow on 7th Dec 2022 and delivery on 8th Dec 2022. I insured my entire luggage for 5 Lakh and paid the insurance amount of @3% . Post delivery we got all goods opened which are breakable and found some breakages and took the snap and share it with the concerned on WA. Some more items got added to the breakage list as we opened our balance luggage. I wrote my complaint to info@ompackersindia.com - but till date, I haven't heard from Branch Manager Mr. Pankaj. By raising the bar - I expect that the Head Office will look into my concern/grievance. I look forward that my loss due to the breakage/insurance claim - will get from Om Packers
