Unsatisfied your service

We booked Om Packers and Movers for Ghaziabad to Greater Noida shifting. Mr. Vijay Sharma came from his place and did a survey and gave a quotation of ₹ 9500 and took ₹ 500 for advance booking. On the day of shifting, Mr. Vikas (Supervisor) brought only 10 boxes of cartons and the rest in polythene bags. Started filling our stuff in bags, when we said to fill stuff in boxes, Mr. Vikas (supervisor) said that we get only 10 boxes to fill the carton kitchen stuff, the rest of the stuff is taken in bags. We told this to Mr. Vijay Sharma and asked him to send more box cartons and he asked for Rs.65/- per box carton. Then we said that you didn't tell earlier that only 10 boxes of carton will be given whether the goods come or not. Then Mr. Vijay Sharma said that you cancel the booking, we will carry the goods in bags only. It was our helplessness that we came with this packers and movers and we suffered a lot of damage, our oil spilled and when the goods in the bags were opened, a lot of goods were damaged. Whoever is reading this plight of mine, I request them not to book this Om Packers and Movers because they say something at the time of booking and do something at the time of packing, there is a loss.
