Harrasment caused for carelessness

I am suffering too much harrasment due to the negligence of the company.My all goods are packed and shifted to godown from my rented house.. From the morning on my shifting daythey are claiming 6000 more amount than the quotation amount without seeing my goods . And now they packed everything and shifted my goods to their godown and claiming 6000 extra for extra cartoon boxes which we think they have arranged to fullfill their intention,such as they make 7 cartoon boxes to pack a khat, 3 bosex for ac , 2 boxes for fridge etc, balti gamla are also counted as cartoon boxes. Now we are very much worried about our goods safety, because they are not co operative, specially Mr Chandan Jaiswal is very unprofessional and rude, clearly told us that he will not despatch my things and it is also told to us to take our things from their godown..is it not rediculous. I have to take legal actions against the company if the matter is not solved as soon as possible.
