Irresponsible behaviour of staff

I shifted my goods from Delhi to Kolkata on 29.3.2023. Goods shifted from one place to another were not transferred in proper way including the goods were damaged as well. Staff packed all goods but few goods are still not delivered. If you want to drain your hard earned money choose this company or else choose other provider. The staffs are irresponsible to utmost extent. Viewers can judge my frustration from the choice of words
