Insurance money scam, No responsibility for furniture damaged.

We shifted from Noida to Bangalore. While unloading the material our table was broken the refrigerator got many dents on it. While we checked for claiming the insurance amount, they said please check with the carpenter for table at your end, no insurance claims available. They said nothing for the refrigerator dents. Our 03 planters were also lost while moving from the warehouse to our house. The insurance amount is a fraud and no responsibility for the stuff damaged, broken or lost.
