I reviewed here before on 1st Sept 2024 airing my concern about the whereabouts of my car which I had booked for transport with this P&M from Faridabad to Navi Mumbai. Finally I got my car within 2 days after that. i am happy and satisfied with their service. It's reasonable and safe. Although it took 3 more days than promised but the greater concern was that when I was trying to enquire about the whereabouts I was not getting a clear answer. It raised my anxiety as I had searched and booked with them Online...so fraud was not a distant possibility. But OM packers are genuine guys...they might not have the best tracking system for customer but they do the job professionally. I recommend them after my experience.
