Hi I have transferred through Om packer’s, from mumbai to chennai. Despite making multiple calls to your agent 9136773734, I did not got any response for last one month. 1. I lost luggage in transit - so far no response 2. My car came with flat tyre and its tyre is torn- I have to pay 13,000 for new tyre. 3. You charged extra 5000 to me and it’s not refunded - the agent asked to pay 5000 advance and never returned it yet. 4. I paid extra for insurance of goods as well as car. So far I did not the insurance certificate also . I can’t raise insurance request also . I don’t know how such a large and old company can play with customer. I am writing to you in hope of response.
