Damaged my Car, Rude behavior of packing team who are untrained

The person who comes to share Quotation is a sweet talker, u will get impressed. The Packer team is rude, untrained, i had to stop them from putting cellotape directly into my furniture. Still my furniture was damaged-sofa legs bend, badly scratched.....Worst was the car delivery. The damaged my car bonnet and then shabily repaired it and delivered so i cannot even claim insurance now. .. I got harassed and insulted.. I do not want you to undergo the same hassle after paying money.
